So todayyy I went to both the CHEAPEST and MOST EXPENSIVE Makeup Artist in my city and had them do the same look on me to compare which ine is better value based on how easy it was to schedule the appointment and get the actual makeup done, how good the service itself was, and of course how good the makeup turned out! ?
