Skincare routine care is the most important part for a woman to take care of. I think it’s the key to developing a happy-making, long-term approach to your skin.
So this got me thinking about the most important essential behaviors in my own personal skincare routine. The practices that persist throughout the year, wherever I may be. The real cornerstone that would give me the best skin possible with the fewest actions. I may write them on a tablet somewhere for posterity. These are mine:
1 – Always cleanse at night
2 – Always wear sunscreen
3 – Always protect skin from the sun
4 – Always leave blemishes alone
5 – Always use a retinoid
6 – Always sleep on your back
7 – Always eat good and healthy foods
8 – Always keep daily skin routine
9 – Moisturizer
